Eyebrow Tattoo Aftercare
Microblading and Microshading Aftercare
- Keep the Area Clean and Dry: Avoid getting the treated area wet for the first 7-10 days. This includes avoiding activities that cause excessive sweating. Gently cleanse the area with a mild, fragrance-free cleanser if needed. Pat dry with a clean tissue.
- Apply Healing Ointment: Use a recommended healing ointment or aftercare product as directed by your technician. Apply a thin layer with clean hands or a cotton swab.
- Avoid Makeup: Refrain from applying makeup to the treated area for at least 10 days to prevent infection and irritation.
- Avoid Sun Exposure: Protect the treated area from direct sunlight and avoid tanning beds. Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher once the area is healed.
- Avoid Touching or Scratching: Do not touch, pick, or scratch the treated area. Allow any scabs to fall off naturally to avoid scarring or pigment loss.
- Avoid Swimming and Saunas: Avoid swimming pools, hot tubs, and saunas for at least 2 weeks to prevent infection and fading of the pigment.
Brow lift Aftercare
- Keep Brows Dry: Avoid getting your brows wet for 24-48 hours after a brow lift (lamination or thread lift) treatment.
- Avoid Touching: Refrain from touching, rubbing, or applying pressure to the brow area.
- Use Recommended Products: Follow any specific product recommendations provided by your technician to maintain the lift and health of your brows.
- Avoid Makeup and Exfoliants: Do not apply makeup or exfoliating products to the brow area for at least 24 hours.
- Avoid Sun and Heat: Protect your brows from excessive sun exposure and heat (e.g., saunas) to maintain the results.
